John R. Grijalva, Esq.

Mr. Grijalva is a seasoned litigator having handled hundreds of lawsuits ranging from assisting clients with small claims matters to defending clients involved in lawsuits with hundreds of millions of dollars in claimed damages. Mr. Grijalva has successfully defended clients involved in wrongful death and traumatic injury cases as well as major property damage claims.

Mr. Grijalva’s litigation experience allows him an in-depth understanding of the issues that lead to litigation and the best ways to do everything possible to minimize those risks. He advocates for a proactive approach to all transactional legal matters with an eye toward keeping you out of the courtroom down the road.

Mr. Grijalva does not believe in a “one size fits all” legal representation mentality. Every one of Mr. Grijalva’s clients receives an individualized assessment and a customized solution of their unique legal matter.

Mr. Grijalva, his wife, and their two sons are Orange County natives. Mr. Grijalva serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Irvine Ranch Little League and coaches his children in youth sports.
